Notwithstanding the above, Sprint Data Solutions LLC reserves the right to disclose current or historical PII in the following limited circumstances: (i) if we believe that your use of our website or participation in promotions violates our Terms and Conditions, Contest Rules, or involves illegal activity; (ii) if we are legally required to disclose information in response to a subpoena, court order, or government request—provided that where allowed by law, we will notify you and offer the opportunity to challenge the request before disclosure; or (iii) in the event that Coupon Alarm or Sprint Data Solutions LLC is involved in a corporate merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other significant transaction. However, selecting the “Reply” option typically sends the response directly to Sprint Data Solutions LLC for handling.
